Our

Hello. We are so glad you are here. We are Sarah and Faith, nurses, who care deeply for those around us. We have over 40 years combined experience in nursing and as much as we love healthcare, we felt led to care for the community in a different way.
Because 80% of healthcare happens outside of the healthcare walls, we knew we had to find a way to bring health to the people in the communities where they live, work and play. We drilled down to our core principals, expertise in the field, and life experience to develop a thoughtful, strategic, and impactful approach to make the biggest impact possible:

Work with communities
Focus on root causes of disease
Treat the whole person
Lifestyle as the foundation of health
Utilize a strengths-based, human-centered approach
Health coaching
The disparities in health are unnecessary and preventable. We refuse to believe things cannot be different. We have a dream to change the trajectory of American healthcare and health culture. We have the audacity to believe that by creating partnerships and focusing on a common goal we can do just that.
However, we know we cannot do this alone. Community-based organizations (CBO) are doing incredible and important work. Instead of creating a new CBO, we decided to come alongside existing CBO’s and utilize their power to impact the health of communities on a broader scale. Together we can change the health of our communities and empower individuals to live longer and fuller lives.

By partnering, learning and growing together we can be the generation to move from health inequity to all humans flourishing. We wholeheartedly believe what Margaret Mead said holds true...

“Never underestimate the power of a small group of committed people to change the world. In fact, it is the only thing that ever has.”
We look forward to partnering with you!
